Our Wedding & Event Packages
Surrounded by lake and mountain views, Carmel Beach Private Lodges is a perfect location to have a wedding, reunion, or special event. Plan a unique event experience that everyone will enjoy and no one will forget!
Our venue can provide accommodations for up to 100 people. Wedding events are limited to 75 guests. Exceptions are made if the lodges booked provide a total occupancy allowance that exceeds the 75.
During the day of your event, you have control on décor, catering, photographers, bar service, etc. You are able to set your own budget on these services and plan your event as simple or complex as you like. We offer assistance with connecting you to recently used affiliates to ensure this process is as simple as possible.
Low season rates are in effect from October 1 to May 15. Based on maximum occupancy in each lodge and a 3 night rental, costs range from approximately $65.00 to $83.00 per person, per night (including taxes and all fees).
Shoulder season rates are in effect from May 16-June 15 or September 16-September 30. Based on maximum occupancy in each lodge and a 3 night rental, costs range from approximately $72.00 – $91.00 per person, per night (including taxes and all fees).
Prime season rates are in effect from June 16-30 or September 1-15. Note: We are unable to host wedding events during peak season from June 20th to September 10th. Based on maximum occupancy in each lodge and a 3 night rental, costs range from approximately $90.00-$118.00 per person, per night (including taxes and all fees).
Venue Fees: The venue fee allows for a ceremony, dinner, and dance with extended curfew (based on noise bylaw restrictions) to be hosted on our property on your event date. You are responsible for set up/take down of your event and booking any affiliates.
Venue fees are as follows:
- June 1-20 or September 10-30: $4,000.00 (+ GST) + 5 lodge minimum rental.
- October to May: $3,000.00 (+ GST) – No minimum lodge rental.
June or September Event

- · Extended curfew of 12:00AM for one night
- · Applicable between June 1-20 or September 10-30
- · Lodge selection can be tailored based on your event requirements

- · Accommodations
- · Booking of wedding affiliates
- · Note: Lodges are available for individual booking with a minimum booking requirement of 5 lodges
Low Season Event: October - May
- · This package includes:
- · Clubhouse & common area rental for your event
- · Extended curfew of 12:00AM for one night
- · Applicable during October - May (excluding May long week-end)
- · Package price can be negotiated and tailored based on your event requirements
